Cherokee Star - Intermediate Quilting - Starting Wed., March 22
This class is a great follow up to our beginning quilting (Twist and Shout) class. This price includes the class instruction, the pattern, and all the fabric needed to complete a quilt top. The quilt is a 70" square throw, that uses charm packs (5" squares), and comes together fast. Great for all skill levels. In this 4 week class you will learn half square triangles, tricks on how to work with bias, and how to do mitered borders.. Backing, batting, and binding are available for purchase.
Supplies needed on the day of class:
- Sewing machine (don't forget your pedal and cord)
- 1/4" foot (if you're not sure about this, bring all your machine feet, & Nancy will help you know which is the correct foot to use.)
- Rotary cutter (can be purchased in store).
- Some like to bring a small cutting mat to keep at their desk, but you will have use of the shop's mat.
