Hotcrossed Stars - Intermediate Quilting - Starting July 13, 2024

This class is a great follow up to our beginning quilting class. This price includes the class instruction, the pattern, and all the fabric needed to complete a quilt top. The quilt is 80x96 twin size, that uses strip piecing, and comes together fast. In this 6 course class you will not only piece the top, but learn tips & tricks on how to work with bias. Backing, batting, and binding are available for purchase.

This price includes the 6 sessions of class instruction, the pattern, and all the fabric needed to complete a quilt top (as per usual, not including batting, backing or binding).

Class dates: 7/13, 7/27, 8/10, 8/24, 9/21, and 10/12 from 4 - 6 p.m.

The quilt is a 96x80" quilt, that comes together fast. Great for all skill levels.

In this 6 course class you will learn all the aspects of piecing a quilt top. Everything from choosing your fabrics to putting on your binding. Backing, batting and binding NOT included, and are available for purchase.

Supplies needed on the day of class:
- Sewing machine (don't forget your pedal and cord)
- Thread & bobbin
- 1/4" foot (if you're not sure about this, bring all your machine feet, & Nancy will help you know which is the correct foot to use.)
- Rotary cutter & mat (can be purchased in store).
- Ruler (can be purchased in store).
- Basic Sewing Supplies
- Some like to bring a small cutting mat to keep at their desk.

- Creative Grids 90 degree Double-Strip Ruler (can be purchased in store)
- Starch
- Basic sewing supplies
- Rotary cutter (can be purchased in store).
- Some like to bring a small cutting mat to keep at their desk, but you will have use of the shop's mat.
