Pumpkin's Sew 'n Sew - Reversible Casserole Cozy
Enjoy a fun evening creating a reversible 9x13 casserole cozy using basic sewing skills.
This class is a first in a series of learning the uses and how to use the Caroline Moore Boxed Bag Template Ruler.
This cozy uses insulated batting to protect surfaces from hot dishes as well asleep your dish warm (or cooler) longer. Great to use for holidays with fun holiday fabrics as well as potluck dinners.
Makes great gifts too. Come make new friends and socialize on Thursday July 24th from 6-8 pm. Door prize from Pumpkin.
Sewing supplies needed on the day of class:
- Sewing machine (don't forget your pedal and cord)
- 1/4" foot
- Sewing tools & coordinating thread
- 45 MM Rotary cutter (can be purchased in store)
- 18" Boxed Bag template ruler (can be purchased in store)
- small cutting mat @ your table is helpful
- cushion for chair
Other supplies needed:
- Fabric 2 Fat Quarters & 2 InsulBright or cotton batting - 16x 20"
PREP: sewing machine threaded with full bobbin and new needle
