Have you ever wondered what goes into longarming? Have you dreamt of owning a longarm of your own? Do you have a longarm and need inspiration or more confidence?
You'll be excited to know that I'm hosting zoom classes for Debby Brown, a national educator for Handi Quilter. She excels at free-motion quilting and ruler work, and has years of teaching experience under her belt.
For anyone that signs up for classes I am offering the following discounts and deals:
15% off select Handi Quilter items and Gadgets the day of class (rulers, feet, etc...)
If you decide to purchase a machine within a week of classes, I am offering you your class money back, as well as the following discounts:
$250 off of the Moxie, Capri, Sixteen machines, AND Pro-Stitcher Lite (That is $500 off of a mid-arm with robotics).
For the purchase of your new Amara, Forte, or Pro-Stitcher the discount will be $500 each. (That is $1,000 off of your purchase of a machine with robotics)
If you decide that you need the Infinity, the discount will be $1,000. (making it a savings of $1,500 for both the machine and Pro-Stitcher)
Debby will be teaching the following 5 classes:
June 23rd 10am to noon - Stationary Longarm Machine Quilting Basics (Capri or Sweet 16)
This is a great introduction to longarming for those who have been wondering if a stationary longarm might be for them. It's also for those who have recently made the purchase (or soon plan to), and want some tips and tricks for using their new machine.
June 23rd 1pm to 3pm - Longarm Machine Quilting Basics
This is a class I suggest for new owners. This is also the class I would suggest for ANYONE who ever thought about one day owning a machine. Debby will go over the basics of machine quilting to let you know what goes into owning a longarm, and the basics of machine quilting.
June 24th 10am to noon - Fast, Fun, and Fabulous Free-Motion Quilting
Now that you've taken the basic classes to get to know longarming, it's time to dip your feet into something a little interesting... Debby is a wonderful teacher for those new to free-motion quilting, because she knows that you can succeed with just the right amount of encouragement.
June 24th 1pm to 3pm - Ruler Essentials
Debby is obsessed with the precision of ruler quilting on domestic, stationary, and longarm machines. She focuses on the tools to make ruler work safe and fun.
June 25th 10am to noon - Introduction to Pro-Stitcher
If you have a longarm and have wondered about Pro-Stitcher Premium, OR Pro-Stitcher Lite, this is an introductory class on the tools that robotics offers quilters. This is also a great place to start for those who are new owners.
If you sign up for more than one class, call the shop to sign up, and you will get a $10 discount for each class.
