Christmas in July was awesome.

Here at the store we are busily quilting away. We are trying to get ahead for the Chirstmas rush, and get back down to our 3 week turnaround.

Improv Quilting class

Come learn the creative outlet of improvisational piecing! Turn your home into a modern art gallery and shock everyone by what you can do with just 4 fat quarters.
Class price includes 2 hrs. of hands-on instruction, and all fabric needed to piece the top. Everyone's wall hanging will be a unique piece of art measuring approximately 26" x 26"

Using the technique taught in this class, you will have a finished product that was much easier to put together than the traditional way. But just as gorgeous! If you missed this class last time, here's your opportunity now.

Finally, just a reminder:
Frank Tucker, our sewing machine repair technician, comes to the shop each Wednesday for sewing machine pick-up and drop-off. If you want to show your machine some "tune-up" love, or it needs repairing, drop it off at the shop by end of day Tuesday, and barring anything extreme is wrong with it, you can pick it back up the following Thursday.
His prices are as follows:
Mechanical Machines - $110
Computerized Machines and Sergers - $130
Embroidery Machines - $160
He accepts cash only, so please be prepared for that upon pick-up.
